An Ordinance repealing Ordinance No. 41059 and for other
purposes.
Wfa=Ag , at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Little Reek, held on the 29th day of November, 19269, there was
presented to the Council a petition signed by certain owners of
p- real property praying that the territory describe& In said pe-
tition be formed into a local improvement district for the pur-
pose of constructing sewers therein, and
W_..�..___ S in response to said petition, the City Council
did pass Ordinance No. 41059 in which said territory was laid
off into a local improvement district for the purpose of con-
structing sewers therein, which said district was numbered Sewer
Improvement District No. 109, and
M SS it is now ascertained that certain of the territory
named in said petition has been for several years adequately sup-
plied with sewers and is not in need of any further sewer service
and there is presentet to the Council a request that said first
p*tition be withdrawn and said Ordinance No. 4105 be repealed.
NON, THM -PORE, RE IT ORDAIMM BY THE CITY COUNCIL_ OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS
Section 1. That Ordinance No. 4105 be and the same is here-
by repealed and set aside.
Section 2. That Authority is herewith given to withdraw said
first petition from the office of the City Clerk,
Section 3* that this ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage.
