AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF TES CITY
OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A SIDEWALK nEMOVEMENT
DISTRICT TO-BE KNOW lS SID"AM _IMPROVEMENT
DISTRICT N0. 4:61.
Wl1EF. � , ten (I o) owners of real property in wiat por-
tion of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to
take steps toward the m.akrinC of a local improvement district
in said City, forming said territory into a local improve-
ment district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkaneast
Section 1. That, all of the real property situated and
described as follows, to Witt
All of Blocks 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 119 12, 13,
14, 19, 20, 21, 22, 23 and 24 in Mountain Park Ad-
dition to the City of Little Rock
for the purposes of building sidewalk on the follovdazg
streets; namely
On the West and East side of Grant Street running
North and South a distance of three (3) blocks
from "P* Street North to Prospect Avenue. On the
East and West side of Buchanan Street. On the
East and West side of Pierce Street. On the East
and Test side of Fillmore Street. On the East
and West side of Taylor Street. On the East and
Test side of Polk Street and on the West side of
Tyler Street. Each of said Streets running North
and South a distance of three (3) blocks from "P"
Street on the South to Prospect Avenue on the
North. Also, on the North and South side of "R"
Street. On the North and South side of "G.' Street
and on the North side of ,each of said streets
running East and West a dr 10 of six (6) blocks
from Grant Street on the le w , Tyler Street on
the East.

be, and the same is, hereby laid off into a local improvement
district for the purposes of building sidewalk, along said
Streets as above described; all of said sidewalks to be of
such 1,mterials and such dimensions and in such manner as the
Commissioners to be appointed may deem for the best interests
of the district; and that said district be designated as
Sidewalk Improvement District No. 461 of Little Rock,
Arkansas.
Section 2. That, this Ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
