ORDINANCE NO. 4117.
AN ORDINV'CF LAYING OFF A PORTION OF
THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK I70 AN
IMPM VEV!J!ENT DISTRICT TO RE MWN AS
STREET IYPROVElM;T DISTRICT NO. 460
OF THE CITY 0? LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, more than ten' owners of real property in xt�hiat port Ion of
the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas, hereinafter described,
have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward the making of a
local improvement in said city ry forming said territory into an improvemefit
district for the purposes hereinafter set forth..
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1 • That all of the real property situate within the following
boundaries, to -wit:
Lots 1 to
Lots 1 to
Lots 6 to
Lot s 1 to

Lots 7 to
Lots 4 to
All in C.
4, inclusive, Block 1;
5, inclusive, Block 2;
10, inclusive, Block 3;
5, inclusive, Block 4;
8, inclusive, Block 9;
8, inclusive, Block 10;
12, inclusive, Block 11;
9, inclusive, Block 12;
& P. Johnson Addition.
Lots 14 to 19, inclusive, Block 1;
Lots 21 to 26, inclusive, Block 1;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 2;
Lots 8 to 13, inclusive, Block 2;
All in Chickasaw Place Addition,
be and the same is hereby laid o ff and formed into a local improvement
district, for the purposerading, draining, curbing, guttering, and paying
Booker Street from Nest 14th Street to West 20th Street, in such manner
and with such materials as the commissioners to be appointed shall determine
to be for the best interests of the district; and that said district by
designated as Street Improvement District No. 460 of the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from
and after its passage.
