ORDINANCE NO. 4115.
AN ORDINANCE PROHIBITING IaNNELS, 7111 ERE 11ORE TIL-UT FOUR DOGS ARE
KEPT, WITHIN THE CORPORATE LIT,,ITS OF TIT,, CITY OF LITTLE ROM,
AND P-HE'S CRIB ING ATTD FIXING A 212TALTY FOR THE VIOL::iTION TIUMOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COLTI,ICIL OF T L]' CITY OF LITTLE ROCK;
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any ;person, firm
or corporation to maintain, conduct or operate a kennel, where
more than four dogs are kept on any premises, within the
corporate limits of the city of Little _Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. ANY person, firm or corporation, keeping,
maintaining, conducting or operating a kennel, where more then
four dogs are kept on any premises whatsoever, within the corporate
limits of the City of Little Rock, shall be deemed guilty of a
misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof in the Little Rock
T,Iunicij�al Court, shall be fined in any sum not less than 110.00
nor more than p50.00, and each day that said ordinance is violated
shall constitute a separate offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall not affect dog hospitals
where dogs are received for treatment only.
Section 4. All ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby
repealed.
Section 5. This ordinance being necessary for the
immediate preservation of the public peace, health and safety
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage.
