OF C�OXE AND SEVENTH STREETS, A ?D FOR 0 TNER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORD111TED BY THE CITY COU1 CIf OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
1. That the owner or ovvners of rroperty abutting upon
Seventh Street from the intersection of Lain and Seventh to
the intersection of and Seventh Streets, be and they are
hereby required to construct,within ninety days from the passage
of this ordinance, and to thereafter maintain,a sidewalk twelve
feet in width together with ap-ropriate curbing; and said side-
walk and curbing shall be constructed of the material and according
to the specifications, and in the manner outlined and provided
for in Section 1281 of Tgalels Digest of the City Ordinances of
Little Rock, and subject to the apr;roval of the Suberintendent
of Public :'Jorks.
2. Any one failing to comply with the provisions of
this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and
upon conviction in the little Rock Municipal Court, s'-.all be
fined in any sum not less than X5.00 nor more than �'�25.00, and
each day after the expiration of the period above given in
which said sidewalks are not laid sriall co.istitute a separate
offense under this ordinance.
3. _ill ordi_Zances and y:rts of ordinances in co:7flict
herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
