Section 1. Section 30 of Ordinance 4017 is hereby repealed
and the following section is substituted therefor:

Section 2. It shall be unlawful on and after 8�k�, , >
for any retail dairyman or merchant to sell sweet milX, buttermilk
or cream when delivering the same in wagons or truckjq over,the`citty,
in any way whatever, except in glass bottles, well n &; sely

any restaurant, hotel, confectionery store, lunch co ,or wagon
to serve to a customer milk, except in glass bottle q`well-4nd

as purchasing milk in bulk is concerned for uses other, thian, serving
a customer as beverage. Provided, further, this section shall not
apply where there are infect -ious diseases, and all persons receiving
milk on any such premises shall furnish proper receptacle into
which the milk shall be poured.
