a�)HEREAS# The City Council of the City of Little Rock
on October 29, 1926 passed Ordinance No. 4093, laying off
the following real property, to-wit:
Blocks 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6979 8, 9 and 12 of
pettiferts Addition; lots, 7, S, 9 and 10 of D.
Reeves Subdivision of lots 1 and 12, block
17 Rapley Esta.td: and Blocks 14 and 15 of
Cox Annex to 'Pet

the City of Little Rock, in Pulaski County,
Arkansas.
into a local improvement district for the purpose of installing
a. sewer system as described in said ordinance, and
VTHEREAS, Said ordinance provides that said district
be designated as "Sewer Improvement District 110. 107 of tl�e
City of Little Roct-, Arkansas "; and
':'IHEREAS, The City Council had already by ordinance No.
3995, passed April 5, 1926, created another sewer district and
designated the same as Sewer Improvement District No. 107 of
the City of Little Rock, Arke.sa.s; and wherers the serer district.

the same number as that already given to the district created
by said Ordinance No. 3995.
V Nor THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, rkansas:
Section 1. That the sewer district created by said
Ordinance I\To. 4093 on October 209 1926 and embracing the terri-
tory above described be designated_ as Sewet Improvement District
Ito. ; -t j of the Cit;f of Little Rock, Arkansas, instead of Sew-
er Improvement District No. 107 of the City of Little Rock,

The purpose of this ordinance is to correct the error
in the numbering of said district and is not for the purpose
of est blisring a new or separate sewer imp- ,ovement district.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be
in force from and after its passage.
