AN ORDINANCE GRANTING T „71 7RIVILEGE TO COTTSTRUCT
STDEWALI >S, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, ON BOOKER STREET
FRO14 TENTH STREET TO THIRT71.ENTH STREET.
BE IT ORDAII9ED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the owner or owners of property abutting
on Booker Street.. between Tenth Street and Thirteenth Street, are
hereby permitted and granted the privilege of constructing
a sidewalk four feet in width, together with curbing, along such
property where the same abuts upon Booker Street, between Tenth
and Thirteenth Streets, and said sidewalk and curbing are to be
constructed of the material, and according to the specifications,
and in the manner outlined and -orovided for in Section 1281 of
Hale's Digest of t -,.e City Ordinances of Little Rock, and subject
to the approval of the Superintendent of Public Works.
Section 2. All ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
take effect and be in force from and after the date of its
passage.
