Al- 010INANCE REDUCING THE LEVY ON ASSESSMENT OF BENEFITS
1� TO BE-RECEIVED ON THE SEVERAL BLOCKS, LOTS, AND PARCELS
OF LAND LOCATED IN $'MEET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 422,
IN THE CITY OF LITTLE RACK; ARKANSAS.
SAS, by Ordinanoe'NQ 3866, passed by this Council
and.approved by its Honorable Mayor, on September 14th, 1925,

ment District No. 422 in the,Qitq of Little Rock, were assessed
an annual assessment of 8.5% of the assessment of value of
benefits of each of said blooke, Lots and parcels of land located
in said District, and
WHEREAS, it is found that said annual levy can be re-
�duoed from 8.5% to 7.5% and the.District still have ample funds
1with which to pay its obligations as they mature;
j It is therefore ordained by the City Council of the
;City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That said ordinance No. 3866 be, and the same
is hereby - amended so as to Ievy an annual assessment of fi.3�,
said assessment of value of benefits of each of said blocks,
lots, and parcels of land instead of 8..5% as therein contained.
In all other respects said ordinance No. 3866 shall continue to
be in full force and effeot as originally passed and approved.
Section,2. That all other ordinances or parts of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordi-
nance shall take effect and be in full force from and after its
;passage.
