ORDINANCE
NO� 4094.
AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHIIING THE WIDTH OF STREET
TO BE PAVED AND GRADE ELEV IONS OF DENISON STREET
FROM SECOND STREET TO CAPITOL AVENUE CITY OF LIT.
TLE ROCK, ARKANSAS, AND FOR;' OTHER PUIPOSES.
Be It Ordained By The City Council Of The
Section 1. That the width,of Denison Street from
Second Street To Capitol Avenue, be and the same is
hereby established as thirty (30) feet.
Section 2. That the grade elevation of Denison
Street from Second Street 'o Capitol Avenue, be and
the same are hereby establ shed as shown on plans
filed in the office of the Superintendent of Pub -
lic 'forks by the Engineer representing Street
Improvement District Number 455.
Section 3. All ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
ordinance shall be in full Iforoe and effect from
and after its passage.
