DINANCE LAYING -OFF A PORTION OF
ITY OF LITT `ROCK, INTO A SEWER
VEMENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS
IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 107
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to,
take steps toward the making of a local improvement in said
City by forming said territory into a local improvement dis-
trict for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE,Be it ordained by the City Council of
-the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the following described real
property, to —wit:
Blocks 19 29 3, 41 51 6, 71 8, 9, and 12 of �±
Pettifer's Addition ;,lots 7, 89 9, and 10 of D.
Reeves Subdivision'cf'lots 1 and 12, block
17 Rapley Estate; and Blocks 14 and 15 of Cox An.

of Little Rock, ill PUlaski County, Arkansas.
