ORDINANCE N0. 4089
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE N0. 3759, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES)
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS:
Section 1. There is hereby levied upon all real
and personal property within the City of Little Rock a tax of
Two and One— fourth _.:. .,:;:..�...� � k .,..
O mi118 for the year 1926, for the purpose
of paying bonds and interest as they mature in the Funding Bond
Issue of May 1, 1925; and Ordinance No. 3759 is hereby amended
only insofar as to apply to the levy for the year 1926.
Section 2. The City Clerk is hereby directed
to transmit a certified dopy of this ordinance to the County
Clerk of Pulaski County to the end that the said tax may be
extended upon the tax books of Pulaski County and collected
annually along with the other taxes for the year 1926.
Section 3. This ordinance shall
and be in force immediately upon its passage.
