AN ORDINANCE GRL1TING THE PRIVILEGE TO CONSTRUCT
SIDEWALKS, FOUR FEET IN WIDTH, ON THE SOUTH SIDE
OF "C" STREET FROM NORTH HARRISON AND "C" STREETS TO
NORTH TYLER AN "C" STREETS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY TIM CITY COUIICIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the owner or owners of property abutting
the south side of "C" Street between the intersections of
North Harrison and "C" Streets and North Tyler and "C" Streets,
are hereby permitted and granted the privilege of constructing
a sidewalk four feet in width,together with curbing, along such
property where the same abuts upon the south side of said street
for the above mentioned distance, and said sidewalk and curbing
are to be constn cted of the material, and according to the
specifications, and in the manner ov.tlined and provided for in
Section 1281 of Hale's Digest of the City Ordinances of little
Rook, and subject to the approval of the Superintendent of
Public Yorks.
Section 2. ALL ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall
tape effect and be in force from and after the date of its passage.
