AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF BENEFITS
TO BE RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH 0 F THE
SEVERAL LOT$ , BLOCKS, AND PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN

MMEA. a majority in value of the property holders owning property
adjoining the locality "to be affected aril situated in Curb and Gutter
Improvement District No. 452 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized
for the purpose of draining, curbing, and guttering West 121h Street from
the west property line of Abigail Street to the east property line of
Harrison Street, in such manner and with such materials as the cormissioners
p1mll determine to be for the best interests of the district, have
petitioned the City Council o f the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for the
construction of said improvement, and that the cost thereof shall be
assessed upon the real property of said district according to the benefits
received; and
WHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every block, lot and parcel
of real property situated in said district equals or exceeds the local
assessments thereon; and
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is $18;86$. 48.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the City of
Little Rock, Arkansas:
section 1. That the several zblaeks, lots, and parcels of real property
in s`aQ -+strict be assessed accordii* to the assessment list for °=
improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the City
Clerk, and as the some may be annually readjusted by the board 21 assessors,
and that six per centum on each of said blocks, lots and parcela,� a paid
annually on or before the first day of November of each of the years 1926
to 1940, inclusive.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
