AN ORDINANCE AIUMING4 ORDINANCE N0, 4063
OF THE CITY OF LIT= RWK, ARKANSAS.
WHEREAS, by Ordinance Noi 4063 of the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, passed on July 129 1926, duly approved by the mayor,
• attested by the city clerk and published on the 14th day of
July, 1926, the City Council levied an annual assessment of six
and two- 4third.s per centum for each of the years 1926 to 1940,
k inclusive, of the assessed value of benefits in Street Improvemea t
District No. 447 of,the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
$OW, i'SEREOBE, be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas:
�.? Section 1. That Section 1 of said Ordinance No. 4063 of
the ordinances of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is,
hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 1. That the several flocks, lots, and parcels
of real property in said district be assessed aceorling to the
assessment list for said improvement district as the same now
remains in the office of the city clerk, and as the same may be
l read t by the D rd of Assesoors;
two thirds (6 3�� per cent= on each of said blocks, lots, and
parcels shall be alt on or before September 1, 1926, and six and
one -third (6 1/3A per oentum, shall be aid on or before September
19 1927, and seven and one - third. (7 1/3�) per centum shall be said .
on or before September 1, 1928, and seven and two - thirds (7 2 �)
per oentum shall be paid on or before September 1, 1929, and seven
and one -half (7 0) per oentum shall be paid on or before September
1 of each of the years 1930 to 1933, inclusive, and seven (7 %) per
aentum shall be paid on or before Se tember 1 of each of the years
1934 to 1936, inclusive, and six (6% per centum shall be paid on
or before September 1 of each of the years 1937 and 1938, and
four and one -half (4) per centum shall be paid on or before
September 1 of each of the years 1939 and 1940."
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealeiL, and this
ordinance shall be in fall,force and effect from and after its
passage.
