ORDINANCE NO. 4075.
An Ordinance Assessing the Value of the Bene-
fits to be Received by the Owners of each of the
Several Blocks, Lots and Parcels of Land within
Curb, Gutter & Paving Improvement District No.
450.
VE EREAS, rriore than seventy -five percent in value of the
property owners adjoining the locality to be affected and situated
within Curb, Gutter & Paving Lnprovement District No. 450, organized
fo-• the purpose of making local improvements therein by curbing, gut-
tering and paving Wildwood Road (Street).from the south side of "0"

forty feet, and Centerwood Road (Streit) and Edgewood Road (Street)
and Sherwood Road (Street) from the west side of Link Road to the
east side of Wildwood Road (Street) and grading,, cur Bing, guttering
and paving Southwood Road (Street) from the west /11 of Crestwood Drive
to the north side of "L" Street, slush work to be done and in such man-
ner and with such materials as the Commissioners may select, have pe-
titioned the City Council of Little Rock for the construction of said
improvements and that the cost thereof shall be -,.ssessed upon the real
property within said district and according to benefits received; and,

'I1HEREAS, said benefits by eL.ch and every block, lot and par -
cel of real property situated within said district equals or exceeds
the local assessment thereon; and,
WHEREAS, the estimated cost of said improvement exclusive of
interest is $480984.15.

SECTION is That the said several blocks, lots and parcels
of real property in said Curb, Gutter & Paving Improvement District
No. 450 be and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment
!list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the of-
. fice of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the same
may be annually re- adjusted by the Board of Assessors and that seven
(7) percent of said assessment of the value of benefits to each of
said blocks, lots and parcels of land small be paid on or before the
first day of December 1926 and on or before the first day 6f-.-December
