AN ORDINANCE AMIMING ORDINANCE NO. 4009, TO PROHIBIT
THE DISPLAY ON z 0TOR VEHICLE OR ANY OTHER PUBLIC PLACE ANY
PRINTED ITA.TTER WHHICH IS INDECENT, SUGGESTIVE OR OBSCENE, AND
PRESCRIBING AND FIXING A PENALTY FOR A VIOLATION THEREOF.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. It shall be unlawful for any person, firm
or corporation to display or exhibit on a motor vehicle or any public
c�c place within the City of Little Rock any printed matter that
G+ is indecent, immoral, suggestive or obscene.
Section 2. Any person, firm or corporation who violates
i section 1 of this ordinance shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and
�1 shall be fined in Puce Court not less than X5.00 nor more than
i
025.00 for each offense.
Section 3. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
