BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The sum of or as much thereof as
may be necessary, is hereby appropriated out of any money now,
' or which may hereafter be, in the City Treasury not otherwise

a ro riated, for the purpose of purchasing two Ford Trucks

r, for the use of the Garbage Department, and the mayor and City
Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to draw the City',s
warrant or warrants for said sum.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage.
