ORDINANCE # 4069.
AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A FORTIOX OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROVE '+,NT D ICT, TO BE KNOWN-AS
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property in
that portion of the City of Little Rock, hereinafter described,

'have petitioned the City Oouncil to take steps toward the making
of a local improvement in said City by forming said territory
into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set
a
forth;
NOW THEREFORE. Be it ordained by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
SECTION 1. That.all of the real property situated
within the following territory, to- wit:
The South Half, of Block 409, Lincoln Addition
to the City of jrite Rock; the South Half (3j) of
Blooks_ 20, gl ,�; : ,ti Marshall 4 Volf

Addition to the y of Little Rock; Zots_one (1),
two (2), three (.) ten (10), eleven (11) and twelve
(12)9 Block 2-i Centennial Addition to the City of
Little Rook; the North Half (NJ) of Blocks 3, 4 and
5, Centennial Addition to the City of Little Rock;
be formed into a local improvement district for the purpose of
j grading, draining,, eurbing,.guttering and paving West Twelfth
Street from the West property line of High Street to the East
property line of Battery Street, the work to be constructed of
such material and in such manner as the commissioners to be ap-
pinted may here4fter determine; and that said District be des-
ignated as Street Improvement District No.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and
be in force from and after its passage.
