making of a local improvement in said city by forming said

grading; draining, curbing, guttering and paving with Ar
asphalt, concrete or sueh other material as the commissioners
may hereafter determine, and laying concrete side walks on the
east and west sides thereof the following street:
Denison Street from the south property line of
West Second Street south to the north property line
of West Capitol Avenue.
Therefore;; be it ordained by the City Council of Little
