AN ORDINANCE L21TDING ORDINANCE NO. 2568 TO INCLUDE "DRIVE IN
REFRESI r,NT STANDS" , AND PRESCRIBING A11D FIXING A LICENSE
TIE, REFOR.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF Tim, CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That ordinance ITO. 2568 is hereby amended to
include "Drive In Refreshment Stands ", and any person, firm,
corporation or individual, operating or conducting a "Drive
In Refresh :ent Stand" in the city of Little Rock for the
purpose of selling liquid refreshrients shall pay an annual
license fee of 9 "25.00.
Section 2. This ordinance shall not conflict with or
repeal any part of Ordinance No. 2568, but is supplementary
thereto.
Section 3. The license fee prescri4ed herein shall be
payable and collected at the time and in the manner now
provided in Ordinance ITo. 2568.
Section. This ordinance shall be in full force and effect
thirty days from and after the date of its passage.
