It is now ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, !�rkansas;
erection 1. huaend Section One (1) of Ordinance No.
3820, approved June 8, 1925, to read as follows:
That the s:. id several lots, 'clocks or other parcels
of real property t-ithin said Street Improvement District
,To. 400 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, be, and
they are hereby &:.ssessed ac:.ording to the assessment list
for said Street Improvement District I,,o. 400, as the same
now remains in the office of the Pi-corder or City Clerk
of the City of Little Rock, and tine -.e may be annu-
ally readjusted, and that eight: (8 %) pet centum of said
assessment of the value of benefits on each of said lots,
blocks or other - parcels of rep „1 y,rc 2erty in said District
shall be paid annually on or before the 10th day of
September of each year until the faole of said assessment
shall have been paid.
Section 2. That all Ordinances or Darts of Ordin-
ances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this
Ordinance shall take effect � nd be in full force frorl
and after its passage.
