9 ORDINANCE PERMITTING PROPERTY OWNERS

GREET FROM ELEVENTH STREET TO EIGHTH
STREET AND ON THE EAST AND WEST SIDES
OF BOOKER STREET FFOM NINTH STREET TO
THE NORTH BOUNDARY LINE OF JONES & WORTHEN
ADDITION AND ON THE NORTH AND SOUTH SIDES-
OF NINTH STREET FROM JOIDTSON STMT_ TO -
WOODROW STREET TO CONSTRUCT FOUR FOOT
S IDE WAIK.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the owner or owners of real property
abutting the east and west sides of Johnson Street from
Eleventh Street to Eighth Street and the east and west sides:
of Booker Street from Ninth Street to the north boundary line
of Jones & ylorthen Addition. and on the north and south sides
of Ninth Street from Johnson Street to Woodrow Street, are
hereby granted the privilege of constructing four foot sidewalks
on e above described streeta, and to thereafter maintain
four foot sidewalks along said streets.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect
from and after the date of its passage.
