AS THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
AT
ARKANSAS-
M, more than ten owners of real property in that
portion of the City of Little 4ock, in the State of Arkansas,
hereinafter described, have petitioned the City Council to take
steps toward the making of a local improvement in said city bl\
forming said territory into an', in- provement district for the
purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock, Arkansas--.,'
Section 1. That all of the real property situate within
the following boundaries, to -wit'.
Begin at the point whore the south property line of
West 12th Street intersects the west property line of
Abigail Street, thene go south 150 feet; thence go
crest parallel with Wet. 12th Street to the east boundary
line of Metropolitan Addition; thence go north to the
south property line of West 12th Street; thence go east
along said line to the point of beginning.
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in Block 1, Metropolitan Addition.

materials as the commissioners to be appointed shall determine

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
