more than ten owners. of real property in that portion
of the City of Little Rock, in the State of Arkansas., hereinafter
described, have petitioned the City Council to :take steps toward the
making of a local improvement in said city by forming said territory
into an improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordeire.d by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock, Arkansas::
Section 1. That all of the !,real property situate within the
following boundaries, to -suit:
Begin at the point where the south property3ine of West
12th Street intersects the west property line of Abigail
Street, thence go south 150 !,feet:; thence go west parallel
with West 12th Street to th -east boundary.- line of
Metropolitan Addition; then a go north to the south
property line of West-12th treet; thence- go east along
said line to the point of beginning.
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, in 4lockl,Yietropolitan Addition.
Lots 7 and 8, Block 25; Lots 1 to f, inclusive, of Blocks
25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, and'31; Lots 1 and 2, Block 32;
All in Cunningham's Addition.
Lots 6 to 10, inclusive, P1 ck 7; Lots 7 to 12, inclusive,
Block 8; All in Hiffel &-Ahotan Addition.
All of the following descri ed lands lying within Section 7,
Township 1 North, Range 12., est, not included hereinabove, and
more particularly described as follows: Begin at a point 18'

be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local improvement
district, for the purpose of draining, curbing, and guttering-West
12th Street from the West property line of Abigail Street to the east
property line of Harrison Street, in such manner and with such
a
materials as the cormnissione.rs to be appointed shall determine to
be for the best interests of the district; and that said district .
be designated as Curb and Cutter improvement District No. 452,
of the City of Little Rock, Arka .
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force ,from and after its passagee.
