that portion of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the Council of the City of Little Rock, Ark-
ansas, to? -take steps towards the making of local improvements therein

THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS

select.

SECTION 2. That the district hrerby created,
laid off and established shall include that portion and only that
portion of the City of Little Rock, hereby designated as followss
All Prospect Terrace No. 2 and Prospect Terrace
No. at additions to the City of Little Rock, except lands therein
Ud sated to public use.
All the real property so described sha.11 compose
said district and shall be subject to the provisions of this ordinance.
SECTION 3. That all okdinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication and
the Clerk of the City of Little Rock is hereby ordered within 20 days
from the passage of this ordinance, to publish the same in some news-
paper of general circulation published in Pulaski County for one in-
sertion.
