AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION
OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS INTO AN
I�ROVEMENT- DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS
CURB AND GUTTER IMPROV3MENT DISTRICT`

MMFMAS, more than ten owners of real property
in that portion of the City of Little Rock., in the State
of Arkansas, hereinafter described, have petitioned the
City Council to take steps toward the making of a local
improvement in said city by forming said territory into an
improvement district for the purposes hereinafter set forth.
NOW, THEREFORE, Be it Ordained by the City Council
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1. That all of the real property situate
within the following boundaries, to -wit:
Lots 1 to 13, inclusive, Block 1;
Lots 1, 2, 3, 4, Block 8;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 9;
All in Plateau Addition.
Lots 9,to 13, inclusive, Block 1;
Lots,4,5,6,7,8,9,13,14,15,16, Block 2;
All in Bodeman's Addition.
Lots 10 to 18, inclusive, in Block 3;
All in Beach Addition,
be and the same is hereby laid off and formed into a local
improvement district, for the purpose of draining, curbing
and guttering Maple Street from Markham Street to Capitol
Avenue, in such manner and with such materials as the
commisioners to be appointed shall determine to be for the
best interests of the district; and that said district be
designated as Curb and Gutter Improvement District No. 446,
of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
