BY EICAVATISG? AND 2OR OTHER PURPOSE'S.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LIT`T'LE
xROCK, ARKANSAS.
Section I. That the minimum fees to be charged for the
replacement of pavements on improved streets or alleys caused
by cutting or excavating, be, and the same are hereby fixed
as follows:
One course pavement replaced ...... � 4.00 per. square yard.
Two course pavement replaced....... 5.00 per. square yard.

Section 2. yll ordinances or parts of ardinances�in con-
flict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in full force from and aster its passage.
