AN ORDINANCE DIRECTING THE ARKANSAW WATER COITANY
TO INSTALL A FIRE HYDRANT ON ITS PRESETT EXISTING
P,,A.INS AT VALMAR AND 10TH STREETS
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby
ordered and directed to install a standard Ludlow
fire hydrant at the southwest corner of Valmar and
kith Street, said hydrant to be connected to the
present 8" line in Valma£ Street.
Section 2. -The installation of this hydrant is order-
ed in accordance with Section 8 of Ordinance 3290, passed
August 13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinance No.3442,
passed 11areh 24, 1924.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby- repealed only insofar
as they conflict with `f;;his ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in
force from and after its passage.
