AN ORDINANCE APPROPRIATING $824.00 FOR THE
PURCHASE OF PATROL CAR FOR THE POLICE DEPARTMENT, AND FOR
OTHER PURPOSES.

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCS:
Section 1. The sum of $924.00 is hereby
appropriated out of the General Revenue Fund, of the City of
Little Rock, for the purchase of one auto patrol to be used
by the Police Department, and the Mayor and City Clerk are
hereby authorized to issue a warrant therefor, payable to

S. R. Thomas Auto Company, and the Police Department is
authorized to deliver to the S. R. Thomas Auto Company the
old patrol car in exchange for the new vehicle.
Section 2. This ordinance shall be in
force and effect from and after its passage.
