BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF TTY CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. The Arkansaw Water Company is hereby ordered
and directed to install an 8" line in West 33rd Street west-
ward from the end of its present 8" line in this street west
of Gaines Street behind the north curb of Vest 33rd Street
to Cross Street,and connect to the end of its present line
at this intersection and to install standard Ludlow fire
hydrants at the following locations.
Northeast corner Of 33rd and Izard Sts.
Northeast corner of 33rd and Fulton Uts.
Northeast corner of 33rd and Chester Sts.
Northeast corner of 33rd and Ringo Sts.
Section 2. This extension and hydrants are ordered in ac-
cordance with Section 8 of Ordinance 3290, passed August
13, 1923, and as amended by Ordinance ITo.3442, passed March
24, 1924.
Section 3. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in con-
1 filit herewith are hereby repealed only insofar as the me.. �-
flict with this ordinance.
Section 4. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force
from and after its passage.
