TO BE RECEIVED BY THN OWNERS OF BACH OF THE
LOTS, PLOTS, BLOC$R OR OTHER PARCELS OF RRAL
2ROPERT!`Y WITHIN STREET I)MOVEMENT DISTRICT
HO. 439 OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK. ARKANSAS •
WHEREAS, the majority in value of the property
holders owning property adjoining the locality to be affected
and situated in Street Improvement District No. 432 of the
City of Little Rook, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of
making local improvements therein by clearing, grubbing,
grading and surfacing with chats all of Wildwood Street
Oenterwood 'Street from the Nest boundary of Link Road to
the last boundary of Wildwood Street, Edgewood Street from
the West boundary of Link Road to the East boundary of Wild -
wood Street, and Sherwood Road from the West Boundary of Link
Road to the bast boundary of Wildwood Street,in such manner
and with such materials as the commissioners of said district
shall determine to:•be for the best Interests of the district,
have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rook
for the construction of said improvement and that the coat
thereof shall be assessed upon the real property of said
district according to the benefits received; and,
WHERRA30 said benefits received by each and every
block, plot, lot and parcel of real property situated in Said
district equals or exceeds the local assessment thereon; and
WMEAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is

]ION, THEREP'ORN, BE IT ORMINED by the City Council of
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas:
Section 1• That the said several lots, plots, blocks
and parcels of real property in said district be and they are

hereby assessed according to the assessment list for
said improvement district as the same now remains in the
office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and
as the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of
Asa wsore; and that ten per Sent of said assessment of
the value of the benefits to each of said lots, plots,
blocks and parcels of real property in said district shall
be paid annually on or before the 15th day of March of each
year until the whole of said assessment shah have been paid.
The first annual payment shall be made on or before the 15th
day of March* 1926.
.Section 2, That all ordinances and nadta of ordi-
nances in conflict herewith are hereby repsaled, and this
ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after
its passage*
