TUMAB, the majority in value of the property , ,4 owners owning property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated in Eewer District loo. 105 of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, organized for the purpose of acquiring rights - of -way and constructing a system of sanitary sewers to be located and constructed in the places and in the manner and of the materials that the commissioners of said district shall deem for the best interests of said district, the primary pur- pose of said system being to serve all of the area described in said petition, have petitioned the City Council of the City of Little Rook for the construction of said improvement, and than the cost thereof shall be assessed upon the real property within said District according to the benefits received; and, y WFMBAS, said benefits received by each and every blook2, plot, lot and naroel of real property situated in said district equals or eaoeets the local assessment thereon; and *9981.95; WHER73AS, the estimated cost of said pmprovement is 307, 1 THEREFORE, BE IT ORUI NED by the City Council of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas: Section 1. That the staid several lots; plots,blocks and parcels of real property In said di stri et be and they are hereby assessed according to the assessment list for said improvement district as the same now remains in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, and as the some may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors; and • 2 - that ten per pent of said *sssessment of the value of the benefits to each of said lots, plots, blocks and narael s of real property in said district shall be paid annually on or before the 15th day of March of each year until the whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
