BE IT ORDAIlL.::D BY TIE CITY COUNCIL OF TIM CITY OF LITTLE ROCK:
Section 1. That the Mayor be, and he is hereby, authorized and
directed to sell Lot 10, Block 6, Pope's AdClition to the City of
Little Rock, to the Coca Cola Bottling tidorks Company for w7,000.00,
which shall be turned into the Treasury; and the L:ayor and City Clerk
are hereby directed to execute a warranty deed in the name of the city
to the said Coca Cola Bottling Works Company, conveying the above de-
scribed Property, and peon receipt of the sum of w7,000.00 to deliver
to the said Company the said deed.
Section 2. This ordinance shall ta.b -e effect from and after its
_oasg age.
