Am Ordinance, amending Ordinance No. g Y fixing

the aunt of the .annual collection of assessments in Annex to
Street Improvement -District No. 376,
leg, By Ordinance No.� the City Council of
Little Rock did provide that five (5) percentum of the aaesess®
ment of the value of benefits to each of,the lots, blockaE and:
parcels of land included in Annex to Street Improvement District
No. 376 be paid annually .until the whole of said local, assess-
ments should be paid, and
RBAS, Said percentum of assessment is insufficient
to meet the obligations of said District as they matures,
THTREFORE, It is now ordained by the City Council of the
City of Little Rock t

benefits to each of the blocks, lots and parcels of land in

Section 21 That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its as$age.
