the assessr:�.ent list for said improvement district as the sane
nor remains in the office of the city clerk, and as the sa..e
nay be annually readjusted by the Board of .:assessors, _Lnd that
five and one -half nercer tuna (5 =2%) on each of said blocks, lots,
and parcels shall be paid annually on or before the first day of
kpril, until he whole of said loc�+ll assessment shall be paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of
ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed, and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect
from and after its passage.
