AN ORDINANCE ESTABLISHING THE WIDTH BETWEEN CURBS, AND GRADE ELEVATIONS, OF CERTAIN STREETS TO BE IMPROVED IN THE ARCH STREFT ANNEX TO STREET IMPRO _at TNT DISTRICT NO. 366, AND STREET IMPROVEW NT DISTRICTS NOS. 370, 411 AND 425, AND ANNEX NO. 1 TO STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 413. BE IT ORDLINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK, ARKANSAS: t Section 1. That the width between curbs of the following streets be and the same is hereby established as follows: Arch Street between 7th St. and 11th St. ...............36 ft. Pulaski Street between 15th St. and the south line of Lot 6,Bjock 22, of Nat Worthenfs Addition ...............30 ft. Nest Twenty— fourth Street between Battery Street and SchillexAvenue ... ......... .............................30 ft. Fountain Avenue beginning 606.6 feet south of the south curb line of Markham Street, thence south to the north curb line of CapitalAvenue.............. .......... ...................30 ft. Vernon Avenue from the northwest corner of Lot 11, Block 7, Young's Park Addition, and the most westerly corner of Lot 17, Block 3, Young's Park Addition, in a southeasterly direction to the intersection of Vernon Avenue and Fountain Street...................... ...........................30 ft. West 11th Street betweenJohnson St. and Valmar St ........ 24 ft. Section 2. That the grades of all'streets to be improved in the Arch Street Annex to Street Improvement District No. 366, and Street Improvement Districts Nos. 370, 411 and 425, and Annex No. 1 to Street Improvement District No. 413, be, and the same are hereby established as shown on the plans filed in the office of the Superintendent of Public Works. Section 3. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this ordinance shall be in full force and effect from and after its passage. Passed: January 11, 1926.
