This ordinance shall in no manner change or impair theri&t

.or obligations of the said Arkansas Central 'Power Company as they now stand ,.
under said Ordinance No. 876 and all amendments thereto, except insofar as it
al thorizva the construction of new tracks, switches, turn- arounds and loops as
hereinbefore set Cut; the said Arkansas Central Power Company in laying, operat-
ing and using the tracks herein authorized shall be subject to all the oondi-
tions and be bound by all the obligations imposed by said Ordinance No. 876 and
all Pertinent amendments thereto heretofore adopted by this Council.
SECTION' #( This ordinance shall be in force and take effect as 'a binding
contract between the City of Little Rock
and the Arnansas Central Power Company.
