Cection 1. That the stun of X3,000.00, or as much thereof
as may be necessary, be and the same is hereby appropriated
out of any moneys in the General revenue Fund, not otherwise
appropriated, for the pur-�ose of ;paying for -ri its and labor
used and expended in repairing the apparattlSof the Fire De-
hartment and the mayor and city clerl: are hereby authorized
and directed to drag the city's warrant in the amo 4t of "3000.
or as much they eof as may be necessary, made payable to 1irne-rican

their discretion is for the best interest of the city.
Section 2. This ordinance shall ,take effect from and after
its passage.
