AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE
CITY OF LITTLE ROCK INTO A STREET IMPROYE-
MENT DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS STREET IMPROVE-
MENT DISTRICT N0—, AND DESIGNATING
THE BOUNDARIES THEREOF.
WHFBEAS, More than ten owners of real property within
that portion of Little hook, Pulaski County, Arkansas, herein-
after described, have petitioned the City Council to take steps
toward making of local improvements therein by forming the
territory hereinafter described into an improvement district
for the purposes hereinafter set out,
THEREFORE, Be It Ordained By the City Council of the City
of Little Rock:
SECTION, 1. That said Street Improvement District No. 433
of the City of Little Rook be, and the same is hereby created
and established for the purpose of making focal improvements
therein by draining and repaving, in suoh manner and with suoh
materials as the commissioners of said district shall determine
to be for the best interests of the district, the following
streets:
West Second Street from the west line of
Main Jtreet to its intersection with the
north and south center line, produced north,
Of Block 102 of the City of Little Rock;
Louisiana Street from the south line of West
Markham Street to the north line of West
Second Street,
in the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, in accordanoe with an Act.
of the General Assembly of the State of Arkansas entitled "An
Act to Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class,"
approved March 22, 1881, and amendments thereto; that the boun-
daries of said distriot shall include the following property:
Lots 1, 29 3, 10, 11 and 12 of Blocks 77,
82 and 97; Lots 1 to 9, inclusive, of Block
78; Lots 4 to 12, inclusive of Block 81;
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, of Aloek 98; Lots
79 8 and 9 of Block 101, and Lots 10, 11
and 12 of Block 102, all in the original
City of Little Rook,

SECTION 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances
in conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance
shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage,
and the City Clerk is hereby ordered within twenty days from
the date of its passage to publish the same in some newspaper
published in the City of Little Rock, for one insertion.
