AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
• ROCK INTO A SEWER IMPROVEMENT.. DISTRICT TO BE KNOWN AS SEWER
•DISTRICT NO. 105, ANA TwSIGNATING TH1' BOtgT' IES THEREOF.
WHEREAS, more than ten owners of real property within
the boundaries hereinafter mentioned have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, to take
steps toward the creation of a local improvement district
therein for the purposes hereinafter set forth; now , therefore,
BE IT ORBAIMD by the City Council of the City of
Little Rook:
Section 1. That Sewer District No. 105 of the
City of Little Rook be and the same is hereby crested, laid
out and established for the purpose of acquiring rights -of -way
and constructing a system of sanitary sewers to he located
and constructed in the places and in the manner and of the
materials that the Commissioners of said district shall deem
for the best interests of said district, the primary p ,pose

Section 2. The property to be included in said district
shall be that .property located in the City of Little Rook,
County of Pulaski, and State of Arkansas, described as
follows, to-wit:
All that part of the North half (I*) of
Section Thirty -one (31) s Township Two (2 )
North, Range Twelve (12) Nest, Pulaski
County, Arkansas, lying between "LO Street
on the South and "0" Street on the North
and extending West from Prospect Avenue and
to a line parallel to, and 12,21 feet West of,
the North and South center line of said

necessary for the preservation of the public peace, health and
safety in that it is necessary that a system of sanitary sewers
be constructed to serve the aforementioned territory, this
ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its
passage; and the City Clerk is hereby instructed, within
twenty days from the date of the passage of this ordinance to
Publish the same in some newspaper of general circulation in
the City of Little Rock, Arkansas, for one ttneertion.
