AN ORDINANCE LAYING OFF A PORTION OF THE CITY OF LITTLE
OCK INT _ A STREET IMPMVE T - DISTRICT_ TO BE KNOWN AS STREET IM_
PROVEMENT'DISTRICT N0. 432, AND DESIGNATING THE BOUNDARIES THERE -
OF.

Within the boundaries hereinafter mentioned have petitioned the
City Council of the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, to take
steps toward the creation of a local improvement district
therein for the purposes hereinafter set forth; now, - therefore,
BE IT ORMINED by the City Council of the City of
Little Rook;
Section 1. That Street IMProvement District
fog of the City of little Rook be and the gems is

clearing, grubbing, grading,p and surfacing wit., chats, the
following described streets, or parts of streets, in the City
Of little Rook, County of Pulaski, and State of Arkansas, as
shown in deed of dedication executed by Sidney 1, Kahn,Trustes,
and Helan R. Kahn to the
Kahn, public on November ?, 1925, and
recorded in the office of the Recorder of said county on November
9, 1922, to -wit:
All of 1111dwood Street as now dedicated to
the public by said instrument; C enterwo od
Street from the West boundary of Link Road to
the East boundary of Wildwood ?Streetj Edgewood
Street from the Pest boundary of Link Road to
the East boundary of V11dWGOd Street; and
Sherwood Road from the West boundary of Link
Road to the East boundary of Rildwood Street.
Said improvements to be made at the time and in such manner as
the Commissioners of said district shall deem for the best
interests thereof, 4111 in accordance with an Act of the Germr4i
Assembly of the "State of Arkansas entitled, "An Act to regulate
the manner Of assessing real property for local improvements
In cities of the first class,` approved March 22 1881, and
amendments thereto.

Section 29 The property to be included in said di strict
shall be that property located in the City of Kittle Rook,
County of Pulaski, and state of Arkansas, deeoribed as follows,

North, Range Twelve (12) West, 'P asks County.
Arkansas lying between '*I:" street on the
South and "0" Street on the North and extending
Hest from Prospect Avenue and to a line parallel
to, and 1aZL feet West of the North and South
center line of said Section 31, Township 2 North,
Range 12 Wests all in the City of Little Rock,
Arkansas, except that part of said lands in c1. uded
in "Prvspect Terrace" Addition to the City of
Little Rook, Arkansas.
Section 3* All ordinances and Parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance being
necessary for the preservation of the publics peace, health and
safety in that for ,sanitary purposes and in order that the
.*mentioned streets may be used h'y, they= fire department of
this city and other public vehicles it is necessary that the
aforementioned improvements be made, this ordinance shell take
effect and be in force from and after its passage; and the City
Clerk is hereby instructed, within twenty days from the passage
of this ordinance, to publish the same in some newspaper of
general circulation in the City of Little Rook, Arkansas, for
one insertion,
