ORDINANCE NO. 3900.,
An ordinance laying off a portion of the City of Little
Rock into a street improvement district to be known as Street Im-
provement District No. 4L and designating the boundaries there -
of .
Whereas, more than 10 owners of real property within that
portion of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, hereinafter des-
cribed, have petitioned the City Council to take steps toward mak-
ing of local improvements therein by forming the territory herein-
after described into an improvement district for the pu ?•pose here-
inafter set out:
Therefore, be it ordained by the City Council of the City
of Little Rock:
Section I. That said Street Improvement District No.
431 of the City of Little Rock be, and the same is hereby cre-
ated and established for the purpose of grading, draining, curbing,
and guttering, and paving with concrete, in such manner as the com-
missioners to be selected may deem for the best interests of the
district, the following streets:
Tyler Street from 110" Street to the North boundary
of Newton's Addition, Harrison Street from 110"
Street to the South line of Prospect Avenue, and
"R" Street from the West line of Prospect Avenue
to the East line of Harrison Street, and "Q" Street
from the west line of Prospect avenue to the East
line of Tyler Street;
in the City of Little Frock, Arkansas, in accordance with an act of
the General Asserably of the State of tirkans «s entitled "An Act to

.Regulate Local Improvements in Cities of the First Class," approved
March 22, 1881, and ameldments thereto; that the boundaries of said
district shall include the following property:
The South Half ( S2) of the Northeast Quarter (NE4 ) of the
Sout'awest Quarter. (SW I) of Section 30, Township 2 North, Range
12 Nest, Pulaski County, _hrkansas,
Lots 1, 2, 3, and 9, Block 6,
Lots 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, and 14, Block 9,
Lots 1, 20 3, 12, 13, and 14, Block 20,
Lots 1, 2, 3, 12, 13, and 14, Block 23,
Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7, Block 5,
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, Block 10,
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, Block 19,
Lots 4 to 9, inclusive, Block 24, all in Newton's Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 3,
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Block 14,
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Block 19,
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Block 30, all in Mountain Park Addi-
tion to the City of Little Rock, 1�rkansas,
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, and Lots 8 to 13, inclusive, Block 1,
111 of Blocks 2 and 3,
Lots 1 to 11, inclusive, Block 4, all in Englewood Addition
to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, and Lots 14 to 22, inclusive, Block 1,
Lots 1 to 22, inclusive, Block 2,
Lots 4, 5, 6, and 7 to 14, inclusive, Bloc'_ 3, all in McGehee
Addition to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Section 2. That all ordinances and parts of ordinances to
conflict herewith are hereby repealed, and this ordinance shall take
effect and be in force from and after its passage, and the city clerk
is hereby ordered within 20 days from the date of its passage to pub-
lish the same in some newspaper published in the City of Little Rock
for one insertion.
