STRUT "'T II.'TROVEna;,N�l DISTRICT N0. 356.
Whereas, B -iT Ordinance No. 3345 of the City of Little
Rock, passed on October 22, 1923, an annual levy of 100
of the assessment of said benefits was made; and!
'Whereas, A smaller annual levy will produce sufficient
money to retire the bond and interest coupons at maturity;
Now, Therefore Be It Ordained by the City Council of the

Section 1. That the several lots, blocks, parcels, rail-
road rights -of -way, and other subdivisions of real property
within said Street Improvement -district No. 356 be, and they
are, hereby assessed according to the assessment list for
said Improvement District as the same now is or may be annu-
ally readjusted by the Board of Assessors, and that seven and
one -half per centum (7-21%) of said assessment of the value of
the benefits on each of said lots, blocks, parcels, railroad
rights -of -way , aid ot?,er subdivisions of real property in said
"i strict shall be ?paid annuall?r on or before the first day of
December each year beginning with December 1, 1925, until the
whole of said assessment shall have been paid.
Section 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordinance shall
be in full force and effect from and after its passa� -e.
