I An Ordinance Assessing the Value of
the Benefits to Be Received by th4
Owners of Each of the Several Lots
Blocks, and Parcels of Land Withit
Annex No. 1 to Street Improvement
District No. 413 to the City of Little
Rock, Arkansas.
