WHEREAS, a majority of the owners of real property
adjoining the locality to be affected and situated within
Annex No. 2 to Street Improvement District No. 335 of the
City of Little Hock, Arkansas, said property being described
as follows:
Lots One (1), Two (2), and Three (3), inclusive,
and Lots Ten (10) , Eleven (11) , Twelve (12) , andThirteen (13),

city council of Little Kock for-the construction of said
improvement and that the cost thereof shall be assessed upon
the real property within said annexed territo y according to
the benefits received;

block, lot and parcel of real property situated wit'.,iin said
annexed territory equals or exceeds the legal assessment
thereon;
VP-r' the estimated cost of said improvement
exclusive of interest is .;10,500.00 which together with the
estimated cost of the improvement in Street Improvement
District No 335 is less than fifty perceent (50 %) of the
value of the real property in said district No. 335, and the
annexed territory combined., as shown by the last counter
assessment; and is less than fifty per cent (50a) of the value
of the real property in said. annexed territory, as Shown by the
last county assessment;

Section 1: That the said several blocks, lots and
