"AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE
BENEFITS TO BE RE CRIVED BY THE OWEERS OF
EACH OF THE 0VERAL LOTS, BLOCKS AND PARCELS
OF LAND TITNIN THE IZARD STREET AM= TO
STREET IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT N0. 400."
1AB, a majority An value of the ownsrs of real
property adjoining the locality to be affected and situated
within the Izard Street .Annex to Street Improvement District
Bo. 400, of Little Rock, Arkansas, said property being
described as follows:
All that real property lying within one hundred fifty
(150) feet east of the east property line and all that real
property lying within one hundred fifty (150) feet west of
the west property line respectively, of Izard Street, from
the south property line pf Test Third Street running south to
the north property line of Test Capitol Avenuo, all in the City
of Little Rock, Pulaski County, Arkansas, annexed for the purpose
Of making local improvements therein by gradinti draining, =*ing,
guttering and paving with concrete, brick, Tarrenito- Bitulithic,
or such other materials as the Commissioners aifall..detomine to be
for the best interests of the territory annexed, on Izard Street
from the south property line of Test Third Street running south to
the north property line of west Capitol Avonue, and have petitioned

said improvements and that the costs thereof shall be assessed upon
the real property according to the benefits received; and,
WEREAS, said benefits received by each block, lot and parcel
of real property situated within said annexed territory equals or
exceeds the local assessment thereon; and,
THZMEAS, the estimated cost of said improvement is Seven
Thousand Three Hundred Ninety -three and 21/100 Dollars ($7.393.21)9
exclusive of interest charges:
NOT, THEREI+OR;, BE IT ORDAIMED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THM& CITY OF
LITTLE ROCS, ARKANSAS:
Section 1. That the said several blocks, lots and parcels tf
real property within said Izard Street Annex to Street Improvenon
District Bo. 400 be, and they are hereby assessed according to the
assessment list for said Izard Street Annex, aotthe same now remains
in the office of the City Clerk of the City of Little Rock, Arkansas,
and ss_the same may be annually readjusted by the Board of Assessors,
and AAst ten per centun (10%) of said assessment of the Tall ep
benefits of each of said blocks, lots and parcels of land shall W
paid annually on or before the,'r,dth day of each year vtatil

Section 2. That all Ordinances or parts of Ordinances in
conflict herewith are hereby repealed and this Ordimanoo shall be
in full force and effect from and after its passage.
