AN ORDINANCE LIMITING TEE WEIGHT OF LOAD USING
PINT{ STREET, AND FOR OTHER PURPOSES.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF LITTLE Rom
SECTION 1. That it shall be unlawful for asW person,
,firm or corporation or any employee, agent or servant, of any person
firm or corporation to drive or operate any motor track or other
vehicle of more than two -ton capacity, or any vehicle of any kind or

character carrying a load exceeding one and one half tons in weight,
over or upon Pine Street from Asher Avenue to Twelfth Street, or any
portion of said street between said points in the City of Little Rode,
provided, nothing in this ordinance shall prohibit driving or operating
such vehicles across said street at other street intersections.
SECTION 2. Any person, firm or corporation or any employee or
servant of any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions
of this ordinance shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon
conviction shall be fined in any sum not less than 410.00 nor more than
025.00.
SECTION 3. This ordinance being necessary for the immediate
preservation of the public peace, health and safety, an emergency is
hereby declared and same shall take effect and be in force immediately
after its passage.
