AN ORDINANCE ASSESSING THE VALUE OF THE BENBFIT3 TO BE
RECEIVED BY THE OWNERS OF EACH OF THE SEVERAL LOTS*
BLOCKS, AND PARCELS OF LAND WITHIN ANNRZ NO.1 TO STREET
IMOVEMENT DISTRICT NO.413 TO THE CITY OF LITTLE ROCK,
ARKANSAS.
WEEREAS, a majority in valve of the owners owning
the property *&joining the leeality to be offset*& and
situated within Annex No.l to Street Improvement District
No.413 to the City of Little Bosk, Arkansas, organized for
the parpose of making local improvements therein by grading,
draining, Barbing, and paving in each manner and with each
material as the commissioners of said AUex to said district
shall determine to be for the best interest of the said annex
to the said distriot on the street* as set oat in their
petition, having petition *d the City Council of Little Rook
for the construction of improvement, that the ooslt thereof
shall be assessed upon the real property within said district
according to the benefits received; and,
wHEREAS, said benefits received by each and every
lot, bloat, parcel and every subdivision of said real- property
situated in said annex to said district, egmtls or exceeds
the local assessment thereon; and,
WHEREAS the estimated cost of said improvement is
Hine Thomann&, Seventeen and 36/100 Dollars ( $9,017.36;
THEREPORE, it is now ordained by the City Council
of Little Bock, Arkansas: .
M.I.- That the several lots, blocks, parcels and
every subdivision of real property within Annex No.l to
Street Improvement Matrist N0#415 to the 4#W of tt10
Rock, Arkansas, be, and they are hereby seasoned according
to the assessment list of said improvement district, ae the
same now remains in the office of the 01ty Clerk of the City
of Little Rook, Arkansas, and as the same may be annadly

readjasteb by the Hoard of Assehoors and that the
assessment& of the value of the benefits on each of said
lots, blookeg parcels and every sabdivision of said
real property, shall be paid on or before the 2Q
day of 0: tg cd - of each year antil the whole of said
assessment shall have been paid; the first annual pay-
ment shall be made on or before the 20 -e day of

MW.Jk.- That all ordinances or parts of
ordinances in oonfliot herewith are hereby repealed
and this ordinance shall be in fall force and effect
from and after its passage.
