BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF

SECTION 1. That Ordinance #3577 be amended by inserting
the following section after Section 1..
"Section 1 A. It shall be unlawful for azW person, firm
or corporation to hereafter open or establish any business of any kind
in any residence building, abed or other building, which was no*erec$ed 'L—
for business poses. within the residence dlstrict as set out hereinafter,
having
until after /filed application in the same manner as above and hereinafter
set out for the erection of business ,buildings.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect from and after .
its passage. _
